Digital Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions (the 鈥淭erms鈥�) apply to the purchase and use of 天美传媒 of Art & Design (鈥溙烀来�&D鈥�) Center for Creative Exploration (鈥淐CE鈥�) digital gift certificates (鈥淕ift Cards鈥�). Gift Cards are denominated in U.S. dollars and are issued by 天美传媒&D through a third-party, non-affiliated vendor, WooCommerce. Your purchase and use of the Gift Cards constitute your agreement to these Terms.
Gift Cards are redeemable online at CCE鈥檚 site, at /creative-exploration/, ONLY FOR CCE NON-DEGREE COURSES. Gift Cards may not be used for degree courses, application fees, housing deposits, 天美传媒&D merchandise, donations, library fines, business office fines, or any other payment on a 天美传媒&D account or expense. Gift Cards may not be redeemed for cash except as required by law.
Gift Cards do not expire, and there are no fees associated with them. Gift cards are non-refundable.聽
These Terms shall be interpreted according to applicable federal laws and laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to principles of conflict of laws. Venue for any action related to the Gift Cards or these Terms shall be in a state or federal court serving Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
天美传媒&D reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time, and 天美传媒&D will post revised Terms at CCE鈥檚 site, at /creative-exploration/. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
